END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: BY INSTALLING, COPYING, ACCESSING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Software" means LLM-in-a-Box, including its code, scripts, configuration files, documentation, and related materials provided by Licensor.
"Licensor" means the owner/provider of this Software.
"You" means the individual or legal entity using the Software.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to this EULA, Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or internal business use.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
(a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by applicable law;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where prohibited by law;
(c) rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to third parties;
(d) use the Software to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
(e) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Software may include third-party components governed by separate open-source or third-party licenses. Those licenses apply to their respective components and remain in effect.
6. AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER
The Software may generate content or recommendations using AI models. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and may not reflect facts.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any output.
The Software is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
7. DATA AND PRIVACY
Unless otherwise stated, the Software is designed for local/offline use. You are responsible for securing your system, files, prompts, and generated output.
Licensor is not responsible for loss, corruption, disclosure, or unauthorized access to data caused by Your environment, misuse, or third-party tools.
8. NO WARRANTY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS EULA,
EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (IF ANY).
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Licensor from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising from Your use of the Software, Your violation of this EULA, or Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if You fail to comply with any term.
Upon termination, You must stop using and delete all copies of the Software in Your possession or control.
Sections intended to survive termination shall survive.
12. EXPORT AND COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control and sanctions laws, in connection with use of the Software.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Licensor is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules,
unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA is the entire agreement between You and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes prior or contemporaneous understandings related to the Software.
